We're taken to
 sharpie designs on wood,
watercoloring the pieces ,
then constructing  sculptures.
I love the possibility of
 intricate details on the wood,
and the big bold color on top.

silver clogs

Dear  Silver Clogs,
Where have you been all my life?
One Happy Girl

YES. I love them.
Not in time for Halloween or any such thing.
 I just love them.
 They peek out and say
"Hey girlfrah... life is gonna be OK. "

Oliver Pohl is the maker of these and a collection of other dandy clogs.
His  etsy shop, berlin 27 clogs.

THIS is my MOM in her garden exactly ONE year ago.
That day we planted dozens of tulip bulbs for her to enjoy the following spring.
My mom died unexpectedly in her home last Friday, October 4th.
My last post, take a load off, is now very poignant to me.
I miss her like mad and hope hope hope she is planting a beautiful garden wherever she is.  She is in my heart and heavy on my mind, forever etched on my forehead,
her beautiful twinkling eyes and smile.
her lovely handwriting
